 includes free recipe formatting and publication in ready to print format

$25.00 Incorporate Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) into a recipe or formulation

Laboratory Analysis
by our contracted lab.  Turnaround time is 30 days from date of receipt of sample.  Please contact me at (626) 824-2588 directly to order or for more information.

Recipe Modification
to improve the nutrient content or alter specific nutrients

$50.00 per recipe modification 
(up to 2 modifications) 

$15.00 for every revision thereafter

Nutrition Facts Label
The Nutrition Facts Label is required on many food items, and includes:  the amount per serving; nutrient reference values, expressed as % Daily Values; uniform definitions for terms that describe a food's nutrient content; and standardized serving sizes

Kid's Menu Creation and
Healthy Recipe Modification

A new children’s menu can be developed or your existing kid's menu can be modified

Create new kid's menu from scratch including creative design and menu development.

A proposed fee based on the number of hours for creation of kid's menu will be given once scope of project is determined
 
Modify existing kid's menu -

$50.00 per hour to create a kid's menu

Health and Nutrient Claim Review and Development of Food Labels

Allergen Statement
All packaged foods regulated under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFD&C Act) that are labeled on or after January 1, 2006, must comply with FALCPA's food allergen labeling requirements.
